System: Self-Leveling + Solid Epoxy Flooring + Polyaspartic Topcoat
For projects where the garage floor requires leveling and repair, we start with proper surface preparation to ensure a flawless final result.
We began by applying a self-leveling compound to correct imperfections in the concrete substrate. This step is essential because it creates a smooth, even base that allows the epoxy coating to adhere properly and cure uniformly.
Proper leveling prevents issues like uneven wear, poor adhesion, and visible seams that can develop when coatings are applied over irregular surfaces.
Next, we installed a high-performance solid epoxy flooring system. This coating provides exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and impact strength — making it ideal for residential and commercial garages that see heavy traffic and vehicle use.
The solid epoxy creates a seamless, joint-free surface that’s easy to clean and highly resistant to stains from oil, antifreeze, and other automotive fluids.
To complete the system, we applied a polyaspartic topcoat. This advanced protective layer enhances UV resistance, prevents yellowing, and adds extra protection against abrasion, chemicals, and moisture.
The polyaspartic finish cures quickly and provides a glossy, showroom-quality appearance that maintains its look for years.
This combination of self-leveling, solid epoxy, and polyaspartic topcoat delivers:
