This project required extensive work to achieve the desired outcome. We began by grinding the concrete substrate to ensure a smooth surface. A vapor barrier was then applied to protect against moisture. Next, a self-leveling flooring system was installed to even out the floor. Once it dried, we ground it again to prepare for the next steps.
An epoxy primer was applied, followed by a colored base coat. The final design layer consisted of Metallic Epoxy, creating a stunning visual effect. Once the metallic epoxy dried, a topcoat was applied to seal and protect the surface.
Depending on material drying times, a similar project can take 8-12 days to complete.
